Also, you have to look at it from a mathematical perpective. MATHEMATICALLY, you have a 50/50 chance of meeting a male or female bunery. but EXPERIMENTALLY, you might receive different results. Also, there is just a 50/50 chance you will encounter a male/female in the wild, EVERY TIME you encounter one. It is very POSSIBLE to encounter 100 female bunery in a row, it's just not PROBABLE. You learn about this stuff when you take high school math.--[[User:Blaziken=Tahu|Blaziken=Tahu]] 18:36, 30 September 2009 (UTC)

Where did you get the idea that Mimiroru had an ability called "strike"? I've heard no such information. --ANinyMouse 01:45, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

It was on pocketmonsters.net for a while. It's actually ぶきよう, or awkward, clumsy. - 振霖T 05:13, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

never mind I just ignored mine and used it for HMs and it evolved lol

I Challenge the Info

I believe that the gender ratio for Buneary is wrong. I caught 10 of them, and only 2 were female. I know that 50/50 doesn't mean that 5 had to be feamle, but it seems more like 75/25 to me. Deadlymethane 16:51, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

i chanllenge different info. it says attract is only known by it by breeding, but i caught a buneary and it already had attract. are you sure they ONLY learn it by breeding or did my buneary breed before i caught her??? BTW it evolved a couple of hours ago.UkiraGrace611 05:52, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

Buneary is 50/50. Just because you didn't catch half males and half females doesn't mean anything but that your sample size isn't big enough.
And Attract is not a level-up move so no, it would not have Attract upon capture. TTEchidna 05:59, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
You totally lost me there. Buneary can't have Attract as it CAN'T learn it before (or after, for that matter) level 12, the level it is caught at in the wild. OptimatumTalk|Links19 Apr 2008

Strength

I have tried to teach my buneary strength and it was unable and the page says that buneary can learn strength

Sign your comments please, and, Lopunny can learn Strength, i just tried to teach it the move and it worked, so i assume that Buneary can learn it to. Maybe theres something wrong with your game? Or, just try again. Takoto タコト| サソデイ = 愛 19:23, 2 September 2008 (UTC)
I just tried teaching my Buneary Strength and it did not work. I am editing the Buneary article to reflect this. (My Lopunny can learn Strength, by the way.) MarkFL 10:57, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Watership Down?

Buneary looks a bit like the rabbit Vilot(bad spelling) from the Watership Down movie. Take away all the yellow, put her down on to all 4 feet and pull her face out a bit. Should this mensoed(bad spelling, again) on Buneary's page? Glitchym1 23:12, 20 June 2009 (UTC)

I don't think so...you're basically saying Buneary sort of kind of looks like a normal brown rabbit. It's an extremely tenuous connection.—Loveはドコ? (talk contribs) 23:25, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
