Rocket-dan VS Plasma-dan! (Part 1)

Is it considered speculation that the next episode will be "Rocket-dan VS Plasma-dan! (Part 2)"?--Burgundy 00:18, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Yes and No. It's obvious it will be but will still can't add it since it's not confirmed. --HoennMaster 06:56, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
I made a subpage for it just in case. --神智の超龍對話 10:16, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Special with BW024

  • I thought this episode is supposed to air with BW024 on March 17, 2011, since wasn't that also rumored with no episode on March 24, 2011? There really wasn't anything confirmed stating that this episode would or would not air as a special with BW024. (Of course it's a no-brainer that the next episode is Part 2. We just don't officially know the Japanese Air Date.) Torpoleon 00:38, 4 March 2011 (UTC)

Very unlikely this will air

It's very unlikely that this episode and BW024 and BW026 will air, so can we just take those bars at the top where it says 'warning, this episode has not yet aired in Japan' off, and put them back on if they do air, because seeing as this episode probably won't air, there's no point keeping those bars at the top. Don't Hug Lucario! 17:12, 6 May 2011 (UTC)

Sure there might be a possibility that this won't air, but what that warning message is really saying to the readers is that details are scarce and that the content in the article is the only information currently known to the public. - Vhayes1992 21:52, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
The company said themselves that they plan to air this episode as well as part two in the future. The episodes will air someday. We just don't know when. --ケンジガール 21:58, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
Taking them off would basically be like putting false info in a way. They are kept on for the same reason the undubbed templates are kept on banned episodes. --HoennMaster 15:01, 8 May 2011 (UTC)

Does this still apply?

This is a quote from the unaired AG101 discussion:

"As a special or anything, like Holiday Hi-Jynx or Snow Way Out!, we will keep it in the list of AG episodes in the same place and we will keep its top and bottom prevnexts as they are, however, this will not become AG101, just as HHJ isn't EP039. It'd cause there to be too many moves (20 was enough for splitting the Deoxys special) and since it's been this long since the episode was supposed to air, it'd be stupid to call it AG101 now. It would be moved to its Japanese translated title, then to its dub title, if it ever receives one. For now, however, it will stay as AG101 (unaired).

The same will be true of any episodes skipped in the future due to a tragedy and aired more than a few weeks later under special circumstances. TTEchidna 05:42, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

So, does that still apply now? Don't Hug Lucario! 19:54, 13 May 2011 (UTC)

I don't see why it can't apply still, however, as there is a different Editor in Chief now, I'd ask either Kenji-girl or Deth about it. --P S Yライダー 19:59, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
I will not tell you this again. This and BW024 are going to air eventually. The creators said so themselves. They are still recovering from what happened and they need more time. Drop the subject already. We are not moving these articles and that's final. --ケンジガール 22:39, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
I was just asking if it still applies now, ok? Don't Hug Lucario! 08:49, 14 May 2011 (UTC)

Delayed/cancelled Info

Is there any more detail as to WHY this episode was cancelled/delayed? Were the tapes/originals physically broken/damaged in the earthquake? Does the episode contain something related to the real world incident? A city toppling earthquake? A large tsunami? It all seems very arbitrary, there is no detailed explanation in the article besides "the earthquake stopped it". Was there a news alert that just said "we are delaying the episode because of the earthquake, that is all" if so, very uninformative. If its not one of the previously mentioned reasons why these specific episodes held but no others? D558 06:02, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

A Liepard destroys a building in the episode. It's similar to what happened with another episode. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 06:06, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
Most likely because too many people in Japan would not be able to watch the episode - a plot-critical and possibly epic two-part episode. It's most likely not because of the explosions. tc²₆tc26 09:32, 21 June 2011 (UTC)
Wait a minute since when did Japan say they would skip these important episodes? they didn't so having them up as unaided is really just unnecessary. Chomper4 04:03, 28 June 2011 (UTC)
We've listed them as "Unaired" because we haven't got a clue when they will air. So for the time being we're keeping them here. But if they air, let's say BW050 and BW051, we'll move them to BW050 and BW051. Think of this name as just a placeholder. Nothing permanent. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 04:10, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

Reverted edits?

I put the {{Incomplete synopsis}}, which I thought it would need. Could anyone tell me why you reverted it? --YoshisWorld 14:45, 11 July 2011 (UTC)YoshisWorld

I did provide the reason in the summary. That template can be only used on those episode articles that have been aired, not on the ones who haven't, since we can't get the synopsis of an episode that never aired. So, that's the only reason for reverting it. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 15:02, 11 July 2011 (UTC)

A comment about the content of the episode not relating to why it was not aired

If you watch the episode with the battle with Burgh Ash switched his Tranquill out for Sewaddle. Iris and Cilan also mention Burgh not knowing Sewadle's battle style, corect me if I'me wrong but Sewaddle never really battled until (if he did battle before Burgh at all) at least thees postponed episodes, and why else would Ash have switched them out. The whole "Dodge with string shot" thing seems a bit like it happened before and Ash didn't just make it up on the spot. I also think that it is fair to say the Team Rocket trio failed, Ginovani losing all hope in them, they do a costume change review there motto and return to catching Pikachu. Megamaxxor-- 10:25, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

Remember that energy ball? Did Iris/Cilan/Burgh (or even Ash) know about it? No. Ash just took a shot and asked Sewaddle to use it and it worked. So, we can't assume anything on the basis of "Dodge with string shot" theory. As far as TR is concerned, nothing was mentioned about their failure or their previous mission. So, we can't speculate it. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 12:20, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

Yes but for all we know Ash chceck his pokedex for that move, but yes I know we cant confirm the whole dodge thing but we can confirm that Ash did switch out his Pokemon.--Megamaxxor-- 10:37, 13 July 2011 (UTC)

True but he's done off screen switches a lot of times (spoilers, if you haven't seen the new Japanese episodes). So, we can't say anything on Tranquill's switch either. ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 10:45, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
Dodging using string shot? Didn't Sewaddle spend all of BW018 doing just that? Or am I senile? Ash obviously knew he was skilled using String Shot to get around, so used it to his advantage. Do we really need to contemplate on that? Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 18:08, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
