Border

I've brought this up before about the horrid border coloration, but it has still stayed in place. I have an idea, in that we could colour it white and blue, like his clothing. It would look so much nicer. Torngentleman2 10:03, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

I think they are the colors of the Red and Yellow games; because Ash is based on Red and Yellow was based on the anime.

Example 2 and 4 are my choices. I don't care which one as long as there is some yellow in there. It's not that important that we change the colors, but I do agree that the current borders are a bad combination of colors.--Alex726_(TALK) 02:42, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

Ash's Age - THE TRUTH

That is just sick and wrong. His whole life has flashed by in the space of one year? Not likely. I am not questioning how old he is; I'm stating that he is not as old as they have said. Though at the start of Pokemon Black/White it said he was still 10, I seriously I do not care. I intend to proove that he is NOT 10 anymore by counting the days and night of each and every episode. If I get over 365, I'll know the truth of it all!!!

It's not logical, he's at LEAST (The very least) 11 by now. I'm going to proove it- for the sake of sanity!

Also, as an after thought, I'd like to point out that in the Pokemon Special Pikachu Short; Pikachu and Pichu, Ash stated clearly that they were celebrating the day he and Pikachu first met. How is that possible if it's only been one year?

If I reember correctly, it was AFTER his 10th birthday that he and Pikachu met in the first place. Misty was there too and Ash still had his Johto pokemon, so it couldn't have been the future! He is SOOOOO not 10 anymore.

Why aren't the creator's paying close enough attention to their own work to give us an accurate reading on how old Ash is? Why are they jinxing themselves? Is it only the english dub that I have to blame? Is the Pokemon calendar different from the Earth calendar? Do they not look at time the same way? Are their years longer or somthing- that they celebrate anniversaries without celebrating birthdays or ever aging at all? Is 10 as old as Pokemon trainers get? If so, where did all these adults come from? Seriously! I'm loosing my mind!!!

Ash CAN'T be 10 anymore. I CAN PROOVE IT!!!

Chances are that you will find that there are enough nights to prove that Ash should be older. However, the age in the article will not change due to being stated to be 10, so you are best to take this to the forums. --SnorlaxMonster 13:17, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

Then there are many timeline errors in the Bulbapedia that need to be changed. For instance, in the Mewtwo (anime) article, it says that between Mewtwo Strikes Back and Mewtwo Returns is "A few years". If Ash is still 10 years old, Mewtwo's Return couldn't take place "A few years later". Artbender 13:35, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

I just want to say one word, "Simpsons". It's one of the most popular show in the entire history and even after 20 years, they're of same age then why can't Ash be 10? Age factor doesn't matter, it has been officially stated in Japanese as well as in dub version that Ash is 10 years old, nothing more nothing less. Thank you ♫♪エイディニズ♪♫ 13:37, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

I don't watch Simpsons, and in my oppinion, the Simpsons are stupid. Crummy shows like that are not supposed to make sense, Simpsons doesn't even have a plot! Pokemon, on the other hand, is better- WAY better! Thank you. You have to admit this is a real problem and a convincing arguement. Anyone know Japanese? I have to talk to the creator's about this. Why do you even care? Ash is just a fictional character. It's not like your life depends on it. Just enjoy the show and go imagine what age you want him to be. I personally stop caring about whatever his age and just think he's 14 or something. --神智の超龍「對話」 14:00, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
