Why are their so many flightless Pokemon learning Aerial Ace, anyway?--Pokencyclopedia 13:22, 6 September 2005 (CDT)

Probably because all it requires is either control of the air or the ability to jump. I don't know the exact mechanics. evkl 14:13, 6 September 2005 (CDT)
It's actually a specialized slashing attack. It's japanese name is named after a samurai sword move. So nearly any Pokémon with claws can learn it. - PDL

I want a category for these no-evade attacks. --Raijinili 23:03, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

Moves that cannot miss. Start putting pages into it. TTEchidnaFire echy 04:57, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

That anime picture is Wing Attack. -Porygon-man

Yeah the pic has Staravia using Wing Attack could you edit that? Happizelpom 16:27, 15 August 2008 (UTC)Happizelpom

Can someone slow the image? There's no pause in between... ht14 03:18, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

First

Will Aerial Ace and its counterparts strike first, like Quick Attack? - Hazardous FIRE! 00:46, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

No. Aerial Ace and other Swift variants do not adjust the speed priority like Quick Attack and its variants do. --Shiningpikablu252 00:59, 3 September 2008 (UTC)

Japanese name

The top says Swallow Attack. The bottom says Swallow Return. However, the name comes from Japanese lore, and I think it should be noted somewhere on the page that the Japanese romanization is "Tsubame Gaeshi", since people might have heard that name before (because, after all, it's a name from lore). --Raijinili 03:47, 31 October 2008 (UTC)
