Shiny

Well, I cross-checked it with the Gen III shiny sprite and I thinks its a good match, the body colour has the same shade as the shiny sprite too. Let me check it with another image from the episode and then I'll get back.

- I object. When the first Jigglypuff debuted in the anime (the one who followed Ash and friends with the marker), it was also the exact same shade of pink as this Jigglypuff here. And why is everyone forgetting about Marina's Little Pink? Also, the producers have sometimes changed colours of Pokemon that are not meant to be shiny, take Ash's Cynadaquil for example.
