TCG Island is an island found in Pokémon Trading Card Game and its sequel, Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!. It is the home of Mark and Mint as well as Dr. Mason. Since TCG Island is known to have no or very few wild Pokémon, moving between different locations is much faster than in most of the other regions. Its location related to other regions is unknown.

- Rock Club, specializing in -type cards based on Rock and Ground-type Pokémon.
- Lightning Club, specializing in -type cards based on Electric-type Pokémon.
- Fighting Club, specializing in -type cards based on Fighting-type Pokémon.
- Water Club, specializing in -type cards based on Water and Ice-type Pokémon.
- Grass Club, specializing in -type cards based on Grass and Bug-type Pokémon.
- Science Club, specializing in -type cards based on Poison-type Pokémon.
- Psychic Club, specializing in -type cards based on Psychic and Ghost-type Pokémon.
- Fire Club, specializing in -type cards based on Fire-type Pokémon.
- Mason Laboratory, the local laboratory specializing in Pokémon card research. Its owner is Dr. Mason.
- Mr. Ishihara's house, in which he himself usually resides.
- Challenge Hall, in which tournaments are regularly held. Winners are usually awarded with rare Pokémon cards.
- Pokémon Dome, the home of Grand Masters and the legendary deck Machine.
- An airport, where Mark or Mint may ride Team Great Rocket's blimp to travel to GR Island and back. This location is present only in Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!.
