Stan (Japanese: スタン Stan) is a character of the day who appeared in An Electrifying Rage!.
Stan works as a paramedic and was delivering medicine to Joule Town for a sick child in his ambulance. Due to the ongoing lightning storm brought on by Zapdos, he crashed his ambulance after swerving to avoid a falling boulder loosened by a lightning strike. With his ambulance out of commission and his leg injured, he was forced to take shelter in a nearby cave, which Ash and his friends subsequently came across. He asked the group for help in delivering the medicine, explaining that the cave is also a shortcut to Joule Town but became blocked from a rockslide some time ago.
Stan was later escorted to town by Ash's friends, where he received medical attention from Nurse Joy and was stated to be on the way to a full recovery by the end of the episode.
