Spore (Japanese: キノコのほうし Mushroom Spore) is a non-damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation I. Up until Generation III, it was Paras and Parasect's signature move.


Spore puts the target to sleep.

The user will make all Pokémon in the room fall asleep, all other effects are the same.


Games Description
Stad Special spores are scattered from mushrooms. If the opponent inhales the spores, it will fall asleep.
Stad2 Special spores are scattered from mushrooms. If the foe inhales them, it will fall asleep.
GSC A move that induces sleep.
RSEColo. Scatters a cloud of spores that always induce sleep.
FRLG The user scatters bursts of fine spores that induce sleep.
