Sophia (Japanese: ソフィア Sophia) is a character of the day who appears in Moving Pictures.
She lives with her husband, Marcello, at the Sunflora Lodge, which they run together. She likes to tell romantic stories about herself that aren't necessarily true. During the episode, Sophia and Marcello had been married for 50 years, and to that point had taken an anniversary picture for each of the 50 years, with hundreds of Sunflora. On their 50th anniversary, all they could find was a Sunkern. The Sunflora no longer came due to the colder climate caused by an Articuno living nearby.
