The location Soaring in the sky is a Hoenn location first seen in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It is only accessible by use of the Eon Flute and summoning Latias or Latios.

Locations

Unlike Fly, soaring will allow the player to land anywhere they have been, including routes. The only exceptions to this are the mirage spots that dot Hoenn, and some other locations.
