Silver Trench (Japanese: ぎんの かいこう Silver Trench) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. Once all the Legendary Birds have been recruited, this dungeon may be unlocked for exploration after speaking to Alakazam and visiting Legendary Island. A Water Pokémon with the move Dive or the HM Dive is required to initially enter the dungeon.

There are 99 floors in Silver Trench, the last floor of which is where Lugia awaits, with the moves Whirlwind, Gust, and Safeguard. Unlike most Legendary Pokémon, Lugia has a 99.9% base recruitment rate and can be recruited on the first try.

Various Template:Type2 Pokémon inhabit this dungeon. Monster Houses occur on the 15th, 35th, 55th and 75th floors. All of these monster houses are one-room floors. Once this dungeon has been completed, the dungeon Meteor Cave will be unlocked.
