The Silent Forest (Japanese: しずかのもり Quiet Forest) is the first level in the WiiWare game Pokémon Rumble. Most of the bosses in this level are Grass-type. The Pokémon found here are typically Pokémon one would find on the beginning of one's adventure in the handheld games.

As this level serves as the tutorial level for the game, it has several Pokémon that the player always obtains on the first play through to help show how obtaining Pokémon in the game works. These Pokémon are Pikachu, Caterpie, Paras, and the first level boss Ivysaur.
