Origin

The Plasma Freeze print features a Shiny Sigilyph. Safeguard and Psychic are both moves in the Pokémon games that Sigilyph can learn, the former via TM20. This card's Dragons Exalted and Legendary Treasures Pokédex entries come from Pokémon White. N's Castle is featured in the Dragons Exalted illustration. Black City is featured in the Legendary Treasures illustration.
