(Japanese: シンジ Shinji) is a character of day from The Legend of Thunder!. Because his name was not revealed in the English dub, this article will refer to him by his Japanese name.
He challenges Jimmy to a Pokémon battle, claiming that he has never lost any battle up to that point. He starts the battle with his Hitmonlee and is surprised to see the strength of the Pokémon that he hoped to knock out with one attack.
With it, he decides to attack with another move but his Pokémon are defeated by the high leveled Pokémon from Jimmy. After seeing his Pokémon injured, he decided to confirm if he was okay, and then Jimmy congratulates him for the great battle.
