Seed Flare (Japanese: シードフレア Seed Flare) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Shaymin.
Effect
Seed Flare inflicts damage and has a 40% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense stat by two stages.
