Keldeo can only learn the move in Pokémon Black and White via tutoring when the remaining Swords of Justice are also in the party. When the four are brought to the Moor of Icirrus, the trio will teach Keldeo the move. In Pokémon Black and White 2, it can be learned in Pledge Grove, where learning the move causes Keldeo to change to its Resolute Form.
In Pokémon X and Y, a Move Tutor in Snowbelle City can tech Keldeo Secret Sword, allowing it to change to the Resolute Forme.
