This card was first released in the Black & White expansion with artwork by 5ban Graphics, originating from the White Collection in Japan. It was later released as one of the BW Black Star Promos with English-exclusive artwork by 5ban Graphics in March 2011 as one of three cards available in the Template:Merch.
