Loading the Dex! (Japanese: よロトしく、ボク、ロトム図鑑ロト！ Hello, Roto, I'm the Rotom Pokédex, Roto!) is the third episode of the Sun & Moon series, and the 942nd episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on November 24, 2016 as a one-hour special alongside SM004, in Canada on April 1, 2017, in the United Kingdom on April 13, 2017, and is scheduled to air in the United States on May 13, 2017.

• Team Rocket arrives in the Alola region, having been assigned by Giovanni to capture the region's unique Pokémon.
• A Rotom inhabits Ash's new Pokédex, turning it into a Rotom Pokédex.
• Jessie and James are revealed to have deposited Gourgeist and Inkay at Team Rocket HQ.
• Ash tries to catch a Mimikyu, but it decides to side with Team Rocket instead.
• Ash's classmates encounter Team Rocket for the first time.
