SIC (Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, in english: Independent Society of Comunication) is the Portuguese television station which broadcasts the Pokémon anime. It aired every episode of the anime, except the banned episodes. Nine seasons have been aired, starting from the original series to Pokémon: Battle Frontier, having several breaks in the process.

The show aired in an irregular pattern, shifting from 7 A.M. to 10 A.M. and then back to 8 a.m., but always in the same programing block, named SIC Kids.

Now, while Pokémon: Diamond & Pearl is in it's dubbing process, Pokémon Advanced is aired from Mondays to Fridays at 8:00 A.M. and Pokémon: Advanced Battle is aired on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:40 A.M.

Pokémon: Diamond & Pearl is going to debut in 2009.
