Rototiller (Japanese: たがやす Plow) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation VI.

Effect

Rototiller raises the Attack and Special Attack stats of all Grass-type Pokémon in the battle by one stage. It does not affect Flying-type Pokémon, Pokémon with Levitate, Pokémon holding an Air Balloon, or Pokémon under the effects of Magnet Rise or Telekinesis, unless the Pokémon is also under the effects of Smack Down, Ingrain, or Thousand Arrows, if the Pokémon is holding an Iron Ball, or if Gravity is in effect. The move will fail if there are no Grass-type Pokémon present on the battlefield.
