Rosebay (Japanese: ユカリ Yukari) is the character of the day in A Staravia is Born. She is voiced by Rhonda Krempa in English and 桑島法子 Hōko Kuwashima in Japanese.

She spends her time studying bird Pokémon.

• In the English dub, voice actor Rhonda Krempa gave Rosebay an accent which sounded English.
• Rosebay's appearance is similar to that of Johto Gym Leader Bugsy, as well as the Pokémopolis researcher, Eve.
