Rod (Japanese: リュウドー Ryūdō) is the fourth Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Dragonite Deck (Japanese: でんせつのドラゴンデッキ Legendary Dragon Deck). In Pokémon Card GB 2, he uses the レジェンドドラゴンデッキ Legend Dragon Deck as well as the だいドラゴンデッキ Great Dragon Deck.

Rod is the last of the 4 Grand Masters, that is available to battle after you obtained all eight Club Medals.

In Pokémon Card GB2
Since the start of the game, Rod was kidnapped by Great Rocket and held imprisoned in the Psychic Fort. When being freed by the main player after defeating *name of opponent to be defeated*, he will give you a Dragonite.
Later on, you are required to fight him in the Pokémon Dome to obtain one of the Legendary card - Dragonite.
