The Rocket Scout (Japanese: 勧誘のばあさん Solicitor Old Lady) is a Character of the day in Dues and Don'ts. Her job is to find worthy candidates for Team Rocket members.
Relationships with other members
In Dues and Don'ts, the Scout re-recruits Jessie, James, and Meowth back into Team Rocket after looking in the computer system and finding that they weren't in it. When the trio find out that their membership with Team Rocket had expired, they were shocked.
