Rocket's Suicune ex (Japanese: R団のスイクン ex R Gang's Suicune ex) is a Darkness-type Basic Pokémon-ex card. It is part of the EX Team Rocket Returns expansion.

Origin

Icy Wind is a move in the Pokémon games. While Suicune was incapable of learning it when this card was released, it was previously capable of learning it via TM in Generation II, and later regained the ability to learn it via Move Tutor as of Pokémon Emerald.
