Roar of Time is an extremely powerful Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV. It can be said to be a Dragon-type Hyper Beam, and is Dialga's signature move.

In the anime

Dialga. The diamond on Dialga's chest glows and the fins on its backside extend. Dialga then opens its mouth and energy is collected and formed into a ball. The ball turns into a beam and is shot at the opponent.
