Rico appeared in ''[[AG006|A Poached Ego]]''. When {{Ash}} and {{Ashfr|his friends}} found a piece of one of Rico's traps in the woods, they told Jenny about it when they visited the [[Pokémon Center]]. Jenny knew Rico was up to his usual evil deeds, and Ash and his friends volunteered to help Jenny capture Rico. Ash and his friends didn't find Rico, but [[Jessie]], [[James]] and {{MTR}} found him, along with a group of caged {{p|Ekans}} and {{p|Koffing}} which Rico was going to give to his employers. Team Rocket fought Rico for the freedom of the Ekans and Koffing, but Rico defeated them, although Team Rocket managed to rescue the Ekans and Koffing. To be sure they were safe, they released their {{TP|Jessie|Arbok}} and {{TP|James|Weezing}} to look after them.

Rico

Rico (Japanese: リョウ Ryō) is a Pokémon poacher and character of the day who appeared in A Poached Ego!.

When Ash and his friends found a piece of one of Rico's traps in the woods, they told Officer Jenny about it when they visited the Pokémon Center. Jenny knew Rico was up to his usual evil deeds, and Ash and his friends volunteered to help Jenny capture Rico. Ash and his friends didn't find Rico, but Jessie, James and Meowth found him, along with a group of caged Ekans and Koffing which Rico was going to give to his employers. Team Rocket fought Rico for the freedom of the Ekans and Koffing, but Rico defeated them, although Team Rocket managed to rescue the Ekans and Koffing. To be sure they were safe, they released their Arbok and Weezing to look after them.

After running into Ash, his friends and Officer Jenny he ended up being arrested. As Rico confessed to them that the Pokémon he captured escaped, they were unaware of the fact Jessie, James and Meowth freed them. He is currently in jail.

Fearow was first seen showing Rico were Team Rocket was when they were trying to open up the caged Ekans and Koffing. Shortly after this it battled with James's Weezing and Jessie's Arbok to which it ultimately lost due to Arbok shutting its beak with Wrap. Fearow was seen again a bit later besides Rico on the side seat of his car when Team Rocket appeared again to save the captured Pokémon. Jessie's Arbok attacked Fearow with Headbutt, sending it smashing against Rico's electrified cage, giving it a devastating electric shock. The Beak Pokémon was later defeated by Ash's Pikachu's Thunderbolt.

Fearow's known moves are Agility, Fury Attack and Drill Peck.
