(Japanese: レイジ Reiji) is a self-proclaimed Psychic and the character of the day in BW069.
In the anime
He entered the Bell of Wishes Festival contest along with Ash, Iris, Cilan, and Stephan and was grouped with them in the first portion of the contest. He claims to be a psychic, but in reality, he was using his Elgyem's Psychic-type powers to get through most of the competition. Though, it was his cheating that helped the gang get through the quiz portion of the contest by using Elgyem to manipulate Mile's mind to get the right answer.

In the games
A Psychic by the name of レイジ Reiji, Bryce in English, appears in Black and White inside the Celestial Tower. The Celestial Tower shares notable similarities with the Mistralton Tower of the anime where Reiji appeared. It is also the only location in Unova where Elgyem appear, Reiji's Pokémon.
