Rhonda (Japanese: トラン Tauran) is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City. After competing with her twin sister, Rhoda, for the inheritance of her father's restaurant in Hail to the Chef, the two girls decided to run it together. Her Japanese voice actress is 清水愛 Ai Shimizu.

Her Mr. Mime cooks terrible food, but in the process it puts on an astounding show. However, after Brock taught it how to cook tasty food, its cooking style became more well-rounded.

In both Japanese and English, Rhonda's name is a match to her sister's. In the English, there is only a one-letter difference in their names, while in the Japanese, Res and Tauran are both taken from the word restaurant.
