Rhonda (Japanese: トラン Toran) is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City who appeared in Hail to the Chef!. Her Japanese voice actress is 清水愛 Ai Shimizu.
Her Mr. Mime puts on an astounding show while it cooked using Psychic and its other capabilities. The food though tastes bad even though it it looks good. Because of this, her twin sister, Rhoda, though of it and her as an amateur in cooking. Because of this, they eventually divided their restaurant into two.After Brock taught it how to cook tasty food by not putting everything it gets it powers on on the food, it became better in cooking.
