Rhoda (Japanese: レース Res) is a restaurant manager who lives near Saffron City. After competing with her twin sister, Rhonda, for the inheritance of her father's restaurant in Hail to the Chef, the two girls decided to run it together. Her Japanese voice actress is 半場友恵 Tomoe Hanba.

Her Sneasel cooks delicious food, but it appears very bland. However, after Jessie and James taught it how to put on a good performance, its cooking style became more well-rounded.

In both Japanese and English, Rhoda's name is a match to her sister's. In the English, there is only a one-letter difference in their names, while in the Japanese, Res and Tauran are both taken from the word restaurant.
