Reiko

(Japanese: レイコ Reiko) is a character of the day from the episode The Purr-fect Hero. She is a preschool teacher. Because her English name is unknown, she will be referred to as Reiko.

She is a sweet lady who is sometimes hard on the children of the school. She had promised the children that, for Kids' Day, she would let them see some Pokémon. However, the three Trainers were unable to show up. Because of this, Ash and his friends offered to let the children see their Pokémon instead.

At the end of the episode, the heroes say goodbye to Reiko, who continues to take care of the children.
