Refrigerate (Ability): Difference between revisions

Refrigerate (Japanese: フリーズスキン Freeze Skin) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. Prior to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, it was the signature Ability of Amaura and Aurorus.

Effect

In battle

Refrigerate causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Ice-type and receive a 30% boost in power in addition to all other modifiers, such as STAB.

Outside of battle

Refrigerate has no effect outside of battle.
