Randy is a character of the day who appeared in Training Wrecks. He was not given a name in the Japanese version.
Randy is one of the Pokémon Trainers training under Rocky on Muscle Island. He was first seen on the island when Team Rocket arrived after their Magikarp submarine was swept away by a giant wave. Randy was doing arm exercises using a heavy-looking steel Poké Ball.
