Trivia
Origin
This Raikou card is based on the Shiny Nintendo event Raikou given out in Japanese movie theaters playing Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark in July 2010. ExtremeSpeed is a move in the Pokémon games that the event Raikou knows. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon SoulSilver.
