The article on Miyamoto says the Snow Way Out character was neither named nor resembles Miyamoto, so linking to her is false, no?)

Rachael Lillis

Rachael Lillis (born 8 July, 1978) is a voice actress for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. She was a major voice actor until the ninth season, but has occasionally returned to voice minor characters.

Pokémon

Lillis was one of the original voice actors for the series, providing voices, most notably that of Misty and Jessie, up until Pokémon USA and TAJ Productions took over the dubbing and distribution of the series, and most of the cast was replaced. After Season 8, all her main roles were taken over by Michele Knotz. She returned to the series in Lost Leader Strategy! as Maylene. She was the first actor with a lead role in the original voice cast to return to the series.
