Dr. Quincy T. Quackenpoker (Japanese: ミドリカワ Midorikawa) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Wacky Watcher!.
Dr. Quackenpoker is a Pokémon watcher, and, in the dub, one of Tracey's idols. Tracey got the chance to meet the watcher while traveling with Ash and Misty in the Orange Islands. When they met him, he was studying Magikarp on Rind Island.
Tracey and the doctor quickly became friends. In fact, Tracey even helped him count how many Magikarp had evolved into Gyarados during their evolution season. Together, they discovered that more Magikarp had evolved while they were studying them than any other previous year.
