Origin
Mud-Slap and Whirlpool are both moves in the Pokémon games that Quagsire can learn, though the former can only be learned via either TM (in Generation II) or move tutor (in Generation III onward), and the latter could only be learned by HM (in Generation II only). This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Silver.
