Pyrite Cave (Japanese: パイラのどうくつ Pyra Cave) is an abandoned coal mine where most of Miror B.'s forces hide in Pokémon Colosseum. Its entrance is located on the rooftop level of the Pyrite Bldg. The very depths of the cave are actually a jumble of broken sewer pipes and underground lakes. Miror B. has a personal alcove in one of the drier areas of the cave. Most of the peons here use Lotad and Lombre in their teams, likely to mimic Miror B. himself, whose favorite Pokémon is Ludicolo.
In Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, the entrance to Pyrite Cave has been permanently sealed off in order to prevent anymore criminals from hiding inside it.
