Psystrike (Japanese: サイコブレイク Psycho Break) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation V. It is the signature move of Mewtwo and can be seen as a stronger version of Psyshock.
Effect
Psystrike inflicts physical damage. Despite being classified as a special move, this move calculates damage using the user's Special Attack and the opponent's Defense stat (similar to Psyshock and Secret Sword).

Trivia
- Despite being Mewtwo's signature move, it was introduced in Generation V, in which Mewtwo could not be obtained except by trade, Poké Transfer, or Nintendo events.
- In Pokémon Rumble Blast, the charging animation of this move is similar to the animation of a Pokémon charging up a healing move.
