Psycho Boost (Japanese: サイコブースト Psycho Boost) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It is the signature move of Deoxys in the handheld games.
Effect
Psycho Boost inflicts damage, and lowers the user's Special Attack stat by two stages.

Deoxys holds its arms up and a large ball of energy forms in between it. Deoxys then absorbs the energy ball into the crystal on its chest and fires an even larger ball of energy with a powerful aura around it from its chest at the opponent.
