Lance (Japanese: ランス Lance) is one of the four Team Rocket Executives introduced in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Lance is first seen and battled in the Slowpoke Well, where Team Rocket is trying to cut off Slowpoke tails to make a profit.

Trivia
- Interestingly, Champion Lance of the Kanto and Johto Elite Four posed as a Team Rocket agent in the anime during the Johto saga. This was during events related to the Lake of Rage, however, rather than to Slowpoke Well or the Radio Tower.
