Powder Snow (Japanese: こなゆき Powder Snow) is a damage-dealing Ice-type move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

Generation II

Powder Snow inflicts damage and has a 9.8% chance of freezing the target.

Generations III and IV

Powder Snow now has a 10% chance of freezing the target.

Powder Snow hits both opponents in a Double Battle.

Generation V

In a Triple Battle, Powder Snow will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.
