(Japanese: パーカー Parker) is a recurring character of the Pokémon anime. He accompanies with his navy, Ash, Iris and Cilan through their travel in the Decolora Archipelago.

History

Parker first appeared when he took the tickets of Ash and his friends, which allowed them to take into the navy. After receiving their real tickets he welcomed them in the navy, and claimed that he will accompany them through their travel through Decolora Archipelago.

He is set to appear again in BW124 and BW125.
