Pokémon world locations |
Poni Meadow (Japanese: ポニの花園 Poni Flower Garden) is a location on Poni Island in Alola, located northeast of Poni Plains and south of Resolution Cave.
Geography
Poni Meadow is situated in a secluded area, northwest of Poni Plains and south of Resolution Cave. The entrance to Poni Meadow can be accessed from Poni Plains by following the sloped path to the northwest of the signpost. A curtain of purple flowers hangs over the entrance.
Inside the meadow there is a field of tall grass to the southeast, directly in front of the entrance. There is fog floating through the air and various objects come into the foreground as the player moves through the area, but it is still possible to see. In the pond to the north there is a fishing spot near the edge of the water. To the west of the tree on the water's edge there is a photo location.
Purple Nectar can be found once per day, by the pillar east of the pond and at the top of the first ramp. At the top of the ramp and to the south, a bridge made of tree roots crosses over the pond to the eastern cliff face where some HoneySM or a Power LensUSUM can be obtained. The main path continues to the north, leading to a raised ledge and a series of bridges and platforms. The first bridge crosses east to a platform with a small patch of tall grass. After crossing the second bridge, east of the grass, the path branches off again. The path south leads to a dead end, where TM50 (Overheat) can be obtained.
To the north is another small patch of grass. Across the fourth bridge and to the northwest is the entrance of Resolution Cave. The ledges to the southeast of the cave lead back to the first bridge to the north. In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon a Power Herb can be found on the third ledge. Across the roots to the south of the cave, the player can obtain a Power HerbSM/Max ReviveUSUM.
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon only, the player can receive TM75 (Swords Dance) from Actor Meredith after defeating her here. She will only appear here after being defeated at Melemele Meadow, Royal Avenue, and Ula'ula Meadow.
