Pokemaster Kevin

Pokemaster Kevin is the webmaster of the Pokémon fan site, The PokéMasters. He is highly inactive, but he is widely considered to be a very nice guy. His is commonly refered to jokingly as The Cookie Monster, in reference to an old incident regarding Oreos.
