* {{p|Donphan}} is listed as the "{{p|Skarmory|Armor Bird}} Pokémon" when its simply the Armor Pokémon.
* On {{p|Duskull}}'s page, an image of its eye is under its picture. This occurs in all of its evolutionary chains.
** This is corrected in the Updated Edition.
<!--* {{p|Froslass}}'s page says it evolves from {{p|Glalie}}. This is not true, as Froslass evolves from a female {{p|Snorunt}} exposed to a {{evostone|Dawn Stone}}.-->
* {{p|Gliscor}} is listed as the "Fangscorpion Pokémon" instead of the {{tt|Fang Scorp|prior to Generation VI}} Pokémon.
* {{p|Golem}} is listed as the "Rock Pokémon" like its pre-evolved forms, instead of the Megaton Pokémon.
* {{p|Ledyba}} and {{p|Ledian}} are listed as the "Five Start Pokémon" instead of the Five Star Pokémon.

* {{p|Rotom}} is listed as a Legendary Pokémon.
** This is corrected in the Updated Edition.

** {{p|Piplup}} and Prinplup are shown to be able to learn {{m|Bite}}, presumably mistaken for {{m|Bide}}. The same error can be seen on {{p|Kricketot}} and {{p|Kricketune}}'s page.
<!--* Several evolutionary family graphs are in reverse order, with the last evolution first and the unevolved form last. On {{p|Pupitar}}'s page, for example, {{p|Tyranitar}} and {{p|Larvitar}} switch artworks but not names.-->
