The blonde pirate pulls off his disguise, it's Jack Walker the Pokémon Ranger! Jackie takes out a radio and contacts Judy, the head of the Ranger Base, telling her that he had recovered the Egg of the Prince. Jackie runs up to the top of the submarine, he could see his rescue ship nearby. Just then Phantom appears with Chatot, his pet bird, and his first mate Galen. Phantom sends out a Pinsir and a Parasect to catch Jackie but before they could Jackie uses his capture stylus and catches a Mantine.
