The Pokémon Fan Club (Japanese: ポケモン大好きクラブ Pokémon Lovers Club) is an organization spread throughout the Pokémon world, with at least one Club House in nearly every region. The club is basically a place for people to meet and chat about their favorite Pokémon and to show off their collections to each other. In general, the members are usually more oriented to unevolved, cute Pokémon and Pokémon Contests than Pokémon battles.

In the games

The Chairman of the Pokémon Fan Club has appeared in every main series Pokémon game. Gabby and Ty often visit the Club House in Hoenn to do interviews with enthusiastic Trainers.

Trainers of the Pokéfan Trainer class are members of the Pokémon Fan Club. In Platinum, members of the Pokémon Fan Club randomly appear in the Battle Frontier facilities.

In the anime

The Pokémon Fan Club has not appeared in the anime. However, it is known that Mr. Sukizo is the President.

In the manga

In the Pokémon Adventures manga

The Pokémon Fan Club is introduced in Danger: High Voltorb in the Red, Green & Blue arc, where the club house has a Pikachu logo in the front of it. The members are primarily made up of a group of middle-aged Pokéfans that talk about their favorite Pokémon and read the club magazine. They hate to force Pokémon into battles and they prefer unevolved ones, because they're cuter. In the manga, their Pokémon are stolen by Team Rocket, but they're returned to their Trainers in Buzz Off, Electabuzz! when Red defeats Lt. Surge.

Pokémon

Most of the Pokémon owned by the Trainers at the fan club are mostly small and cute.
