Pocket Monster (Chinese: 寵物小精靈 Chungmat Siujingling / Chǒngwù Xiǎojīnglíng) is the first opening theme of the Cantonese and mainland China dubs of the Pokémon anime. In the Cantonese dub, it was used from EP001 to EP053. The opening animation uses footage from the first Japanese opening, Aim to Be a Pokémon Master.
This is the only Mandarin opening theme to have been used in the mainland China dub.
