Effect

Play Rough inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Attack stat by one stage.

Mimikyu Mimikyu jumps towards the opponent and cloaks it with a thick white smoke surrounded by stars. It then attacks the opponent multiple times with its stick.
